There are two 60 deg and two 30 deg angles. There are 4 triangles which are 30-60-90 and which are similar to one with hypotenuse 2, base 1 and altitude sqrt(3).
8/2=4 so the base = 4 and the altitude = 4sqrt(3).
A=.5ab
=.5*4sqrt(3)*4
=8sqrt(3) area of one of the triangles.
4*8sqrt(3)=32sqrt(3) area of the rhombus.
