Draw the picture and you will see that the
diagonal of the square is the diameter
of the circle.

Using Pythagoras you get
diagonal = 4*sqrt(2)
-------------------------------
Circumference of the circle = (pi)(diameter)
= 4sqrt(2)(pi)

This is approximately 17.77 units
