One face has an area of 60 sq units. So the height of that triangle is 10 units.
Distance from the centre to the edge is 6 units (half the edge length.
We now have a triangle with hypotenuse of 10 and one side of 6, by Pythagoras
(3,4,5, triangle) the height is 8 units
