Do you know the formula for the surface area of a cylinder? It is
Where A is the total surface area, r is the radius, and h is the height.
The total surface area is equal to the larger outside cylinder's side plus inside's cyclinder side plus 2 times the difference of each end. Algebraically:
This all equals 263.9 feet^2 (to 4 significant figues)
