Diameter = radius * 2

0.65%2A10%5E%28-12%29+=+radius+

If the diameter of a circle is 1.3 x 10^-12 meters, then what is the radius?

The radius is half the diameter.
1.3*10^-12 meters is 13*10^-13 meters.
Half that is 6.5*10^-13 meters.
