The area of the logo, which is white, is equal to the area of the square minus the area of 4 pink circles.

Had you say that the circles are congruent and have maximum possible radius under given condition,
I would be able to move further and to tell you more.

But based on the current posted formulation, I can not do it, unfortunately . . .

to work it out - the circles were congruent and the answer is  54.94cm². :)
