If the length of the side of the square is 7cm, the biggest circle that can be cut from the square will have a DIAMETER of 7 cm i.e. radius of 3.5 cm. It is not possible to cut a circle of 7 cm radius from a square of 7 cm. Please re-check your question.

Area of square = 7*7=49cm^2
Area of sector =
Required area = 49-38.48
