By "five times greater" do you mean 5 times the size?
W = M cm
L = 5M cm
Area is 5m^2 cm
If you really meant five times greater, i.e. 6 times the width, then....
W = M cm
L = 6M cm
Area is 6m^2 cm.
The wording "five times greater" is ambiguous. No math teacher should use it.
