Question 1083994: I have a homework problem and it is this "This ornate box is in the shape of a regular hexagon. The length of each edge is nine and a half centimetres. The distance across the box from the middle of one edge to the middle of the opposite edge is 17cm. What is the area (to two decimal places) of the base of the box in square centimetres?" I don't know why they have the 17 cm across when it is asking for area of the hexagon i have already don the formula and came up with 65.08 cm squared and it says i am wrong. Am i right and the creators messed up or am i wrong? Please help me
