12' 6" = 12.5'
15' 3" = 15.25'
8' 9" = 8.75'

Area = 2(12.5*8.75 + 15.25*8.75) + 12.5*15.25
Area = 2(8.75)(12.5+15.25) + 12.5*15.25
Area = 676.25 sq. ft.
