First of all,we need to know how to get the area of a trapezoid.
A=[(b1+b2)/2]h
Now with that equation we know that
250=[(20+x)/2]10
or you can say that
250=[(20+x)*10]/2
now let's solve for x
250=[(20+x)*10]/2
250=(200+10x)/2
500=200+10x
300=10x
30=x
x=30
