If a square is inscribed, its diagonal is the diameter of the circle.
If its area is 144 m^2, then its side is 12 m and its diagonal is 12*sqrt(2).
That means the radius is 6*sqrt(2).
The area of the circle is
A = (pi)r^2 = 72(pi) = 226.2 m^2
