It can apply to lots of different subsets, including but not limited to, rational numbers, integers, whole numbers, natural numbers. However the definition of "subset" in this problem is ill-defined, we can define a subset of the real numbers as all multiples of 2, or all numbers that are six less than a perfect number, and 22 appears in both of these.
