Question 32935: I asked these two questions but i did not quite understand how to work them out. Can some pls explain them a bit better that way i can work them out and understand them pls.
3 times Sqrt 13/3. The answer i got for this one was that there was no variable to solve for. Im not sure what that means or if its already in simplest form?
The other one was Sqrt 2 + Sqrt 2/49. I dint quite understand how to work the problem.

Question 32999: I was working this problem out and I think i got the right answer but there was some one else that help me with it but i think he got the negative and positive sings rong heres what i did:
Problem (Sqrt 3 - Sqrt 5)(Sqrt 3 - Sqrt 5)
You are supose to work it out in a: (a - b)^2= a^2 - 2ab + b^2 form so this is what i got:
(Sqrt 3 - Sqrt 5)^2 = Sqrt 3^2 - (2)*(Sqrt 3)*(Sqrt 5) + Sqrt 5^2
Sqrt 9 - 2(Sqrt15) + Sqrt 25=
3 - 2 Sqrt 15 + 5 =
8 - 2 Sqrt 15
Is this right?

Question 33704: I was wondering if yall could check my work Please let me know if theres anything rong!
The question ask How many X-intercepts the parabola has and whether its vertex lies above, below or on the X-axis.
This is problem #1:
Y= x^2 - 5x + 6
The answer i got for this one was that: It has two X-intercepts and it is Below the X-axis.
Problem #2 is:
Y= -X + 2x - 1
The answer that i got was: It has one X-intercept and it is ON the X-axis.
Are these both right? THNX!!!!!!!!!

Question 33782: Hello. The problem is -3 (cube root, I dont know how to type the sign) -27. I have come up with -3 as a solution. The instructions say evaluate the radical expression if it is a real number. Approximate irrational numbers to the nearest hundredth. If not a real number than state so. Can you possibly tell me if I have the correct answer? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
