Answer by rothauserc(4718)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(-9x^2y^4)^1/3 * (12xy)^1/3
= -9^1/3 * x^2/3 * y^4/3 * 12^1/3 * x^1/3 * y^1/3
= -108^1/3 * x * y^5/3
= -3 * 4^1/3 * xy * y^2/3
