GRAPHING THESE TWO SETS OF POINTS WE HAVE A RIGHT TRIANGLE OF SIDES=
4+2=6 ON THE Y AXIS & 1+3=4 ON THE X AXIS
USING THE PYTHAGOREAN THEORUM A^2+B^2=C^2 (C BEING THE HYPOTENUSE OR THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THESE TWO POINTS)
6^2+4^2=C^2
36+16=C^2
52=C^2
C=SQRT52
C=7.2 WHICH IS THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THESE POINTS.
