2x^2-3x+4=o, what is 4r^2+7rs+4s^2
4r^2+7rs+4s^2
in the quadratic ax^2+bx+c=0 if p & q are the root of the equation
p+q=-b/a
pq=c/a
Similarly
in 2x^2-3x+4=o
r+s=3/2
rs=2
4r^2+7rs+4s^2
4r^2+8rs +4s^2 -8rs+7rs
(2r+2s)^2-rs
4(r+s)^2-rs
4(3/2)-2
6-2
=4
