No it cannot. Every prime number is odd (except 2) and since an odd number multiplied by an odd number is an odd number (for instance 9*9=81 or 7*7=49), so we have to rule out any odd number as a possible square root. Since any even number multiplied by an even number is even, this means the root of any 6 digit number with a 6 at the end will be even and not prime. So it is therefore impossible for a 6 digit number with a 6 in the ones place to have a prime square root.
