Get out your calculator. Press 1, 5, 1, 2, and then 9. Press the square root key. Read the display.

Or you could just start guessing based on facts you know (or should know). 100 squared is 10,000 and 200 squared is 40,000, so the root of 15129 has to be between 100 and 200 and is closer to 100. Try 125, which turns out to be a little big. Then try 120 -- a little small. Keep taking ranging shots until you hit, or at least get close.

If it is a perfect square:
The sqrt is >100 and <200.
Only #'s ending in 23 or 73 give 29 as the last 2 digits.
--> it's either 123 or 173.
