SOLUTION: I need to solve for b in terms of x and a
x=a+b+sqrt(a^2+b^2)
x-a-b=sqrt(a^2+b^2)
sqrt(x-a-b)=a^2+b^2
I do not know what to do from here in order to isolate the b.
