Question 535729: the cubed root of 54 minus the cubed root of 128
Answer by fcabanski(1391)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
cbrt(54)-cbrt(128).

Try to express each as the factor of a perfect cube and some other number. Then you can remove the perfect cube from the cube root by taking its cube root.

cbrt(2*27) - cbrt (2*64) = 3cbrt(2) - 4cbrt(2) = -cbrt(2).
