864 = 8*108 = 8*4*7 = 2^5*7
----
To get a perfect cube multiply by (2)*(7^2) = 98
=================================================
Why?
You will get 2^6*7^3 = (2^2*7)^3 = (4*7)^3 , which is a perfect cube.
