Are you trying to say?
(x-3)/(7x-14) - 7/(x^2-5x+6)
(x-3)/(7*(x-2)) - 7/((x-6)*(x+1))
This is an expression not an equation
Expressions can be simplified or expanded or factored. They cannot be solved.
Equations can be solved. This is not an equation.
You didn't say what to do with it.
