Answer by user_dude2008(1862) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x+4=4 sqrt(x+1)
(x+4)^2=16(x+1)
x^2+8x+16=16x+16
x^2-8x=0
x(x-8)=0
x=0 or x-8=0
x=0 or x=8
Answers: x=0 or x=8
