Note, this "cube root" NOT "square root"...
To eliminate the radical from the denominator you must multiply by
cube_root(16) over cube_root(16)
this would give you:
cube_root(3*16) over 4
which is equivalent to:
cube_root(3*2*2*2*2) over 4
Pulling out a 2 from the cube root we have:
2*cube_root(3*2) over 4
OR
2*cube_root(6) over 4
