simplify:
sqrt 14m^5 * sqrt 7m^19
sqrt (98m^24) (you add exponents when you multiply)
(98 = 49 * 2)
(m^24 = m^12 * m^12)
sqrt (49 * 2 * m^12 * m^12)
7sqrt(2)m^12
