Answer by edjones(8007)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4sqrt(x+5)=x
sqrt(x+5)=x/4
x+5=x^2/16 square each side
16x+80=x^2
x^2-16x-80=0
(x-20)(x+4)=0
x=20 is the only answer.
