Do you by any chance mean:
If so, it's much easier than you think. If indeed you are trying to take a 5th root, and then raise to the 5th power, then you are just doing something and then undoing it. If you start with 32x, and take the 5th root (that's doing something to it!), and then raise it to the 5th power (that's UNDOING the 5th root!), then you are back to the 32x that you started with.
Final answer: 32x
Now, if you really did want a "square root" (like ) then let me know, and I'll take another look at the problem.
