[sqrt(14) + 7][sqrt(14) - 7]
Use FOIL:
F: sqrt(14)*sqrt(14) = 14
O: -7sqrt(14)
I: -7sqrt(14)
L: 7*-7 = -49
-------------------
Combine to get:
-35 - 14sqrt(14)
