Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Simplify: the square root of 44 and the square root of 11 over 16
---
sqrt(44) = sqrt(4*11) = sqrt(4)*sqrt(11) = 2*sqrt(11)
-------------------------------------------------------
sqrt[11/16] = sqrt(11)/sqrt(16) = sqrt(11)/4 = (1/4)sqrt(11)

Answer by RAY100(1637)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
sqrt44 = sqrt(4 *11) = sqrt4 * sqrt(11) = 2sqrt(11)
.
sqrt(11/16) = sqrt(11) / sqrt(16) = sqrt(11) / 4 = (1/4) sqrt(11)
.
check,,,sqrt(44) = 6.63 = 2 sqrt(11),,,,ok
.
sqrt(11/16) = .829 = (1/4)sqrt(11),,,ok
.
