First thing: Please stop using ALL CAPS in your postings. Using all caps is the electronic equivalent of shouting and is therefore both rude and annoying.
Next, your notation is nonsensical in terms of expressing something in simplest radical form. You have written:
which has nothing whatever to do with radicals. I suspect you meant to write either:
which you could have rendered as "sqrt(3/5)", or
which you could have rendered as "3/(sqrt(5))"
