Start with the given expression.
Factor to get
Break up the square root.
Take the square root of to get 'a'. Take the square root of to get 'b'
Multiply
Multiply BOTH the numerator and denominator by
Multiply by itself to get 'b'
Multiply
So where both 'a' and 'b' are positive.
