Solve each equation by factoring or taking square roots.
1.) x^2 - 7x = 0
x(x-7)=0
Since the product is zero, one of the factors must be zero.
x = 0 or x-7 = 0
x = 0 or x = 7

(x+4)(x-2) = 0
x = -4 or x = 2
