square root of a * square root of b equals square root of (a*b)
in equation form, this looks like

in your equation,

this equals
which equals
square root of 60 equals square root of (2*2*15) which equals 2 * square root of 15.
so your equation becomes

which becomes
i don't think it can be reduced more than that.
if you use the calculator to solve for square root of 15, then the equation becomes
6*y*3.8729.....
which becomes
23.2379*y
which becomes 23.24*y rounded to nearest hundredth.
