Factor out the requested common factor 2x from 10x^9/5 + 6x^8/5
Notice that x = x^(5/5)
---------------------------
10x^(9/5) + 6x^(8/5)
= 2x[5x^(4/5) + 3x^(3/5)]
---------------------------
