8) There is a negaive sign outside of the radical sign. The radial sign has the number 40 in it. I do not know how to get the answer.
Ans: -sqrt(40) = -sqrt(4*10) = -2sqrt(10)
--------------------------------------
9) There is a radical sign with the number 27 in it. I do not know how to get the answer.
Ans: sqrt(27) = sqrt(9*3) = 3sqrt(3)
------------------------
10) There is a radical sign with the equation 25x-25 in it
Ans: sqrt(25x-25) = sqrt(25(x-1)) = 5sqrt(x-1)
