I will assume the second number is in fact 77 and not the square root of 77....

So the smallest integer in the set is the smallest integer greater than the square root of 19, which is 5.

But the statement of the problem doesn't make it clear whether the last number in the set is 77 or 76.

And of course that ambiguity goes away if the second number really is the square root of 77.

In summary, the statement of the problem is sufficiently unclear that finding the solution is not possible.
