n-2 * n+2 = 10n - 20
n(n+2) + (-2)(n+2) = 10n - 20
n^2 + 2n + (-2)(n + 2) = 10n - 20
n^2 + 2n + ((-2)n +(-2) * 2) = 10n - 20
n^2 + 2n + (-2)n - 4 = 10n - 20
n^2 - 4 = 10n - 20
n^2 - 4 - (10n - 20) = 0
n^2 - 4 + ((-1) * 10n + (-20)(-1)) = 0
n^2 - 4 + ((-10)n + (-20)(-1) = 0
