7/(sqrt(8)=7/(2*2sqrt(2)) divided by
8/sqrt(9)=8/3
common denominator is 6 sqrt (2)
7*3-8(2 sqrt (2)=21-16 sqrt (2)
multiply denominator and numerator by sqrt (2) to rationalize
(21 sqrt (2)-32)/12
