Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Convert 1000 (base 5) to base 4
----------------------
1000 (base 5) = 5^3 = 125 (base 10)
-----
125/4 = 31 + remainder 1
31/4 = 7 + remainder 3
7/4 = 1+ remainder 3
1/4 = 0 + remainder 1
Read the remainders from last to 1st to get:: 1331
-------
1000(5) = 125(10) = 1331(base 4)
