(sqrt of 3 + 5) (sqrt of 3 - 3)

Use FOIL:
F: [sqrt3][sqrt3] = 3
O: [sqrt3][-3]= -3sqrt3
I: [sqrt3][5] = 5sqrt3
L: 5[-3]= -15
-----------------
Combine these to get:
-12 +2sqrt3
