just go online and create a problem as you did with this one and then ask your questions.

the free tutors that work on this website answer whatever problems they wish to answer whenever they are online answering questions as i was when i answered this one.

if you want a private tutor that you can ask questions to all of the time, then those are the paid tutors that you contract with separately.

you then ask your questions to them rather than posting them on this website.
