            The  "solution"  in the post by  @CubeyThePenguin is  TOTALLY  WRONG.

            I came to bring a correct solution.   See below.


0.14x = 63


    x =  = 450.


ANSWER.  14% of 450 is 63.    The number under the question is 450.
