[(X+2)-2(X^2+X-2)]/(X^2+X-2)(X+2)
[X+2-2X^2-2X+4]/(X^2+X-2)(X+2)
[(-2X^2-X+6]/(X^2+X-2)(X+2)
[(-2X+3)(X+2)]/(X^2+X-2)(X+2) CANCEL OUT THE (X+2) TERMS.
(-2X+3)/(X^2+X-2) ANS.
