1200+269*36+.125(49272-36000)
down payment+36 months+mileage.
He shouldn't pay anything but he should sue them because the odometer was tampered with or malfunctions. Even new cars have a few miles on them.
It is a crime to set the odometer back.
And if it wasn't set back then he shouldn't trust it.
