I'm glad you recognize that dividing by zero is impossible/undefined. (It is not 0!)

You'll have to post the rest of the problem so we can see how you ended up with . If is correct it may mean something in the context of the overall problem. For example, if you are calculating the slope of a line, an answer of means the slope is undefined. And lines with undefined slopes are vertical lines. (Vertical lines have equations of the form x = a where "a" is the x coordinate of any point on the line. (All the x coordinates on a vertical line are the same!))
