My advice to you is get a used pre-algebra book (in English) on Amazon or Alibris
they are very cheap. I have one (ISBN 0-395-74616-7) not too bad. Read, work the
problems, if you need it, you can submit specific problems here and someone will
explain it to you. The good thing is algebra is pretty much the same in any language.
