ANSWER: 19 degrees

Some students find this easier to understand by looking at the two numbers 6 and -13 on a number line. 6 is 6 units to the right of 0; -13 is 13 units to the left of 0; the distance between them on the number line (i.e., the difference between them) is 6+13=19.
