Kindly help me on this problem..i'm realy confuse regarding the answers provided.thanx
1. 3^2 is to 9 as 9^2 is to ___81____
2. 30% is to 3/5 as 60% is to ____6/5________
3. 0.25 is to 0.125 as 1.25 is to ___0.625_____
4. 12.5 is to 1/8 as 20 is to ____0.2_____
5. 6 is to 15 as 36 is to ____90____
***
With a calculator, divide the2nd term by the1st term which becomes a multiplier for the 3rd term.
For example:
1. 9/3^2=1*9^2=81
2.(3/5)/30%=0.6/0.3=2*60%=120%=6/5
3. 0.125/0.25=0.5*1.25=0.625
4.(1/8)/12.5=.01*20=0.2
5.15/6=2.5*36=90
Note: there are shorter methods to get the answers, but at least now you have a method.
