Answer by LinnW(1048) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
beginning with n = 1, the first term
the first element is 2n/(n+4)
so the first element is 2(1)/(1+4) = 2/5
The nth will follow the formula 2n/(n+4).
